Intersectionality Women's Programmes
The Intersectionality Women's Programmes CIC is a social enterprise providing women with access to workshops, and mentoring to transition into employment opportunities. We adopt a holistic approach, to providing women with a safe space to grow and develop.
The women that we work with who have been impacted by domestic abuse, also happen to have intersecting backgrounds. They experience multiple disadvantages, have lived experiences, have been discriminated against, are marginalised, oppressed, and socio-economically deprived.
We adopt an informed trauma-based approach to assist women to develop and achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
CV and Interview Skills Practice
For women seeking employment, we provide help with CV writing, interview techniques and many other skills to fulfil while learning.
We Offer Employment Mentoring Opportunities
We assist women seeking employment experiences and opportunities.
We would not be able to provide these opportunities to women impacted by domestic abuse without the generosity of individuals, organisations and companies. If you would like to get in contact with someone about donating a laptop for learners or funding a programme, please fill out the contact form below.
